You can not even compare him to Bukhari or some rogues recently arrested in H'bad. He is a person heading the religous body whcih is older than christ or mohammed. Imam Bukhari is a peculiar case and given the political climate, he has to be dealt with in a different way. just as he must be helping the anti-india fuckers, govt must be getting enough information from him. that much I am sure.

One simple question?
There is more than 10 cases are pending against Delhi Jama Masjid Imam Syed Bukhari.. He even made comments against constitution and National Integrity in several religious meetings..
According to Indian Penal code those comments are much bigger crime than a murder (IPC 302).
Why no body ever dared or tried to catch him or atleast issue a warning against him.
I am not saying we should not Jayendra Saraswathi if he did a crime..
is this the way of treating an elderly person and religious leader to the crores of Citizens of Indian Republic.
Maybe Govts will get good name infront of the international community but don't they consider citizens of India.
Now Karunanidhi making this big...
But what he did when same Jayalalitha Govt broken his doors at midnight and kicked him out of his own house... Literally he cried otherday.. what happened to his morals now...
I hope India is the only developing country in the world where Majority people living with insecurity and there is no importance for religious leaders.

kvs mama, anduke I objected about that. ofcourse free world lo emanna anachu but he is still a revered figure for many Hindus. also I dont agree with the way Jayalalitha handled the issue, should have shown some sensitvity. ofcourse , manam secular etc undanukondi - but sometimes discretion is better than sticking to rules.
