Ninnatidaaka India povaali anukune vaade ekkuvaga India lo invest sesevaaru.

Kaani now with weakening dollar and low interest rates, people are investing big time in real estate in India. Also here u can get money from credit card 0% BT for 18 months or 2-4% for life. India lo real estate return minimum 10-15% per year vuntaadhi. SO that has become attractive.

Always Investments should be diversified.

some amount in stocks/401 K, some in real estate, gold and liquid cash too..

Hyderabad lo becos of Telangana issue Wait & Watch laa vundanta. People are not in selling frenzy or even buying.

Vijayawada Gunbtur areas lo raaboye Andhra State capital antoo already 4 or 5 times appreciated anta. Best place in VJA is previous Andhra Cements factory site near railway station antaa.
