donno about hyd but vizag is hot right now, not comparable to hyd prices but relatively the prices are soaring |

Amar, I was talking about returns on investment. Also as I mentioned, land values in Krishna can be taken into account only when outsiders start investing there, otherwise the real value will never be know. Take the case of Hyderabad, anyone from AP will invest there. Same is the case with Vizag for the last few years, you don't need extra-ordinary hypes for the realestate in these two cities. Also heard that realestate in Hyd, is picking up these days again. |

more than water problem, krishna's land prices went up albeit for a very short period of < month on over anticipation of the AP being split and the hype created by vested interests like AndhraJyothy. To be frank the infrastructure is something that is misssing big-time to make it really happen in Krishna and specifically Vijayawada. Don't get carried over by the hype(it doesn't exist anymore), infact if you are really looking out for something, maybe Guntur dist is a much better place to look at. Though the market is less, the hype factor is also very less and you will get the true rates. Also only once people outside Krishna start investing there, then the real prices will come out and the market stabilize, else it's all in the house game.
This is what that is missing when compared to Hyderabad or for that matter vizag. |
