I am NOT saying he is not good in studies - I assume you got my correction wrong. FOr the score that he achieved in Intermediate - GUNTUR he was borderline and a RECo from Annagaru has helped and KalyanRam interview lo cheppadu.
Anyways - He did his MS and introductory FIlm courses here.
