My personal opinion - is he did **NOT*8 molest - but must have legally and ethically misbehaved for sure. I beleive that he might have administered alcohol for example - and gave a chance for the allegation to happen.
OTOH - again - the prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that it happened. It did not work for them as they vwere always overzealous. The should have scaled back and got him reprimanded or put on probatiion/mandatory service.
In their case what all the defense had to do was the kid could have (probably lied - reasonable doubts) and they would be no case. I guess that is what happened.
I could talk at length about the process - but some other time.

Th Jacksons - (including Janet who showed up finally) Rev Jesse, Jay Leno, Macualay CUlkin and ofcourse the strong testimony by Chris Tucker under oath - helped Jackson.
