Main problem endhi anteee:
1. The burden is not equally distributed among the consumers---Gasoline ni penchi, LPG ni alaagee unchaaru ani oka vimarsa. Idhi consumers perspective.
2. Producers perspective endhi antee refineries are benefitting a lot than those who are involved in marketing the fuel.
On the whole, there is a feeling that the Govt. would have done better had it listened to the alternatives suggested by various think tanks it appointed. By increasing the price, the Govt has awakened a sleeping monster---INFLATION. We need to see how the Central bank adjusts the various instruments at its disposal through its monetary policy. |

with oil prices soaring in the international market, this is not surprising.
P.S. Recently Bush blamed china and india for increase in prices, his reasoning is these 2 countries are demanding more oil. |
