It a very well grown up family with two daugthers and a son..his father expired. second daughter given to a guy in our neighbour village to a guy who is distant relative. The guy married spent 10yrs in kuwait and earned money. His younger brother had problems with him on that and one fine day had big plot to kill them.
He hatched a plan and killed his brother, vadina 8months pregnant.. when they are coming from town. (we dont have proper bus sytem, so have to walk to two KMs to come to our village). Knowing the fear they are coming to our village (girls parents house).. they killed them in our mamidi thota.. in that night.. just half KM away from village.
Morning whole region was shocked and everyone came... but the guys brother went to PS to manage people.. This girl's brother and my father put a case to nab him.. as the girl was very close with our family. We tried a lot to put him behind bars, but the girls brother did not come forward and everyone shocked for the stupid behavior.
See how people betray even we have self respect.
Now when I see this murderer and this guy.. I see no difference in both of them... It brings me anger in nerves  |

Frankly I dont know exact details. AFIAK, We have Muslim family laws that support multiple marriages and other issues related to it. In this muslim law is final and this is only done through Indian courts not muslim boards.

Ee fatwa and all are just a tool used to get away from the law and they dont have any legal value. Correct me if I am wrong. |
