no no not fair dude, the extent of damage and the suddenness of the attacks do not deserve a parallel. NYC is an amazing city and reminds me very much of bombay. ofcourse bombay's resilience after the 93 bomb blasts is the story of folklore, ghats are a resilient breed 
so as was expected , the trail leads to Pakistan. what's the general reaction on the street ? in your colleagues. are they as agnostic to Islamic extremism as the BBC is ? |

Was a rumour...there was a large scale evacuation of people in Birmingham ...the threat level in London continues to be very high .it is currently at the seconfd highest level (somthing that indicates very strong evidence of imminent attacks.) The Metro police has asked everyone to store an ICE (In case of emergency) number in their mobile phones.Unlike NYC the citys recovered amazingly fast...thought people would be cowed down..didnt expect London to have the resilience of Bombay.
But then this is a city that decided to face on Hitlers bombs rather than go down on its knees... |
