Moreover all the 3 movies are targeted for MASSES.
Pokiri : Suits for Mahi, PK, Nag, RT, Rrabhas
Bangaram: Suits for PK, RT
VB: Suits for NBK, Chiru, Jr.NTR,Prabhas
So for the above 3 movies there is a definite chance that you feel some other Hero could have done better. So it makes you biased. And also the competition laying ahead makes you biased.

Just think of your FavHero in the Heros' place and then conclude the Movie as
SuperHit: If you feel that movie is good irrespective of Hero.
Hit: If you feel that your Fav Hero is the Right Choice for this Movie.
Average: If you feel the movie is OK and could have better if handled properly - Expecting better Songs Picturisation, Action, Comedy.
FLOP: If you feel "Oh God! Luckily My Hero didn't accepted this kind of movie. This Director should not be given any more Chance"
NOTE: RELATIVE COMPARISION IS ALWAYS THERE. We can't IGNORE EINSTEIN'S THEORY OF RELATIVITY
