naa L1 expired on june 20...have I94 till 2008..
and my current company applied for visa extension till 2008..so i guess i am ON Status as of now...antha ki minchi i dont find anything thedaa ..thx for ur info gochi |

naaku problem emayyindante naa F1 I 20 was expiring on May 31 and H1 was supposed to start from Oct 1st.....andukani letterlo,show that atleast till Aug 1st u will maintain status and send supporting docs ani raasadu....so nenu naa I-20 oct end daaka extend cheyinchukuni vaadiki aa document pampaanu..ventane approve chesi pampaadu...
nee case lo ilaa thedaaga emanna unnaaya naakunnattu ...
