Regarding MPINGI phone..
I just talked to some guy in Chennai the other day and here is the info he provided me.
1. They are going to send one instrument in india and one instrument here in US. For which they are going to charge $19.99 as setup fee.
2. You can call only one number in India. All you need to have is internet connection (broadband) and an phone instrument (not phone line)
3. Those guys from India can call any number in US for free.
4. You also get 1 number each in Canada + US + Puerto Rico to call free.
