ee americans employer ki yemi iddam ani chudaru manaki job ichhadu kada ani.. always they will overspend the money.. they don't extract enough work for the kind of money they pay... 1 million budget chalu ane chota 10 million karchu pedatharu lazy gallu... and at the end of year company doesn't get profits... and when they look at operating costs they are souring high... obviously mgmt would try to cut the work force.. and ee lame gallu malla edustharu jobs are going to INDIA/china ani... naa M.. indians and chinese work 12, 14 hrs respectively a day and they complete the work in 1/4 the time and with 1/4 th cost compared to oka avg thellodu .. obviously companies outsource.. |
