I think it is called janma bhoomi or prabhupada layout. It is developed by BJP leader. Police quarters is not going to hurt. It will only help. |

Kishore, I have a land in Kondapur, and in the same layout there is some construction going on and I heard that it is nothing but police quarters. The guy, by name gopal or Damodhar, who did the plotting is a BJP leader. When every owner in this layout was waiting for the final approval from VUDA, this idiot sold common area for police quarters. It is a very big layout, and except for few lots, this layout doesn't have any problems. If you can get it for 18,000, go for it. Generally in this area, every plot is 575-600 Sqyds. |

Few years back, when Hi-Tech city came up, Madhapur and Kondapur were considered as hot properties..next only to Banjara and Jubliee hills. Then Gachhibowli came up all of a sudden... now Madhapur and Gachhibowli remain as hot properties with Rs 40000+ /sq yd where as in Kondapur we can get plots for even 18000/sq yd. Even in areas like Manikonda it is 25000/sq yd and Narsingi it is 15000/sq yd, though the construction activity is much lesser than that in Kondapur. So what do you think will be the future of Kondapur, that too with large areas of plotted land around Chirec public school available for construction? I also heard police quarters came up some where near Raghavendra society. Does constructions like this have any impact.. Will kondapur bounce back to its earlier tag as next jubliee hills or just remain as another middle area? How do you think Tellapur, Manikonda, Nanakram guda and other surrounding areas affect kondapur? |
