Tingari: link icchindi nene, maa cousin faced the same situation in 2006 and got that thru usics.
normally your company attorney has a 2nd copy with them. Usics sends 2 copies the first time.
first try with attorney copy, then if does not work out,
apply to USICS for I797 duplicate. The duplicate may take few weeks time. |
