OMERICA PADITHEY INDIA KUDA PADIPODHA? US is the second largest trading partner to india and first largest to china, germany and major european economies. inturn china, germany and other european economies are our biggest trading partners. if US economy is not doing well all the countries whose economies largely depends upon the trade with US goes down because there will less demand for their products. so growth slows down. becoz of the fear that the companies will get losses, everyone starts selling the stocks and so stock markets in other countries also goes down. STOCK MARKET PADITHEY RUPAYI VILUVA KUDA PADIPODHA? there may not happen always. only when the FIIs decide to take out the money they got from selling the stocks from our country, this will happen becoz of the demand they create for dollars(their remittances are in this currency mainly) in the exchange market. |

RUPEE increasing/decreasing effects some industries positively and some negitively... export oriented like textiles, small scale products, software will BOOST up as rupee falls, more amount they get. ex rs 43/dollar Imports products like technoligies, hardware etc sectors ki loss. rupee STRONG ainappudu ex 38 rs/dollar aithe, export sectors will be hit, imports benefit. so two ways we have balance and make progress growth |
