Jalsa collections rocked entire USA yesterday. All the shows were sold out yesterday in Major cities. Dallas Topped the numbers on the Premier night for Jalsa overseas. A total of 1092 people watched Jalsa on Tuesday night in Touring Talkies at Hollywood Theaters. Never Before a Telugu movie had such a opening night on a working day. Initially 2 premier shows were planned at 8 PM and 9:30 pm. Both the shows were sold out with 2 hours of Box office opening. A 3rd show at 11 PM was added because of the huge demand.
The collections are as follows:
8PM : 325 ( Theater # 1 sold out)
9:30PM : 425 ( Theater # 9 sold out)
11:00PM : 342 ( theater #16 Sold out)
Total : 1092
Yesterday was one of the biggest opening nights in USA history for a Telugu Cinema. All the shows were sold out yesterday in Major cities. That shows the power of POWER STAR. It was like a festival and The fanfare was just like India with the trumpets blowing all through. The last show ended at 3 PM because of print makeovers between the theaters. It was a weekend mood and nobody was concerned about next day�s work or school. Pawan�s action scenes, Trivikram�s one liners, Devi Sri Music, Bramhanandam�s Comedy are big hits with the audiences.
It is indeed a Jalsa time for all pawan fans! |
