The much awaited Pawan Kalyan's film 'Jalsa' finally hit the screens across the state and elsewhere yesterday. A lot of hype was created by Allu Aravind. The hype and hungama went to such an extent that suddenly the demand for tickets shot up tremendously.
Even Pawan Kalyan fans had great difficulty in getting the tickets. The film however has not met the high expectations of Pawan Kalyan fans and also some sections of the audience.
The director of Jalsa, Trivikram Srinivas has a big reputation and a lot was expected form him. But Trivikram could not deliver big as he had to constantly face a lot of fingering by Allu Aravind, sources revealed off late. The excessive interference by Allu Aravind and Pawan to some extent is now being blamed as the cause for some of the drawbacks in the film. Many of the trademark Trivikram Srinivas punches did not work well in the film and that is due to improvisations by Aravind and Pawan, says sources. It is also said that the idea of bringing in naxal theme in the story is also from Pawan Kalyan. |
