Most of the SC's and minorities are with congress, and most of ST's are with TDP.
As it stands now, INC has atleast 5 points edge over TDP. But that can change so much based on chiru's entry, alliances etc. If CPM, CPI and CHiru go together as one front, and TRS and TDP go as another front, election can be really interesting. |

Congress is definitely having positive swing with village voters, and that much negative vote in cities and towns. As it stands now INC definitely has edge. That may change when TDP announces what they are going to do if they win. Their main strengths are pinchan programme and upadi haami padakam. Indiramma scheme is not going to give them the results they are expecting. Indiramma scheme is a disaster in towns. Upadi haami padakam to ladies kuda 80 rs kuli sampadistunnaru. CBN stopped telling what he wants to do if he gets elected. He is going to open his mouth only when the elections are near.Having said that INC is loosing lot of hardcore kapu and chiru fans votes by throwing mud on chiru even if chiru desn't come into politics. If that happens, it can improve TDP's chances in godavari districts very much.
Chiru effect will be very big in North coastal area, way more than what people expect of him in Godavari districts. He is going to spoil the chances of TDP and INC equally in north coastal and godavari districts, But he is going to do a favor for TDP in Krishna, Guntur and Prakasham districts.

After reading BV Raghavulu's interview in eenadu and ANdhra Jyothy's speculation the other day, I won't be surprised even if TRS and TDP may go together in Telangana area and get about 75+ seats out of 110+ seats. ANdhra Jyothy's speculation really made sense to me. TDP definitely can get more than 35% voting in telangana on their own. If they go with TRS, no stopping for them. CHiru can destroy congress in COastal area.
