1) mistake (90%)
2) lottery jarigi vundali (5%)
3) 20000 lo lottery teeyakunda 1 number ichi vundali.. endukante idi H1 transfer from exempt to non exempt which needs a number under non exempt available quota (not sure about non exempt available quota decided by lottery) apply chesindi april 1st and 20k aa rojuki available ayivundochu.. (5%)

 my employer got my H1 receipt number (filed under adv. degree 20k cap on april 1st) and the check has been cashed by USICS.. naadi cap exempt to non exempt transfer which should be considered under cap just like any new H1.. kani inta varaku lottery jaragakunda receipt number enduku vachindi..konchem light eyyandi
