Greater vizag corporation will be divided among 7 constituencies with delimitation
1.visakha-south
2.visakha-west
3.visakha-east
4.visakha-north
5.gajuwaka
6.bhimunipatnam ( previous vizag-rural mandal which is now part of greater visakha corporation comes under this constituency along with bhimunipatnam,padmanabham,anandapuram mandals)
7.pendurthi (some part of pendurthi mandal including pendurthi village itself , and pedagantyada mandal comletely are now part of greater viskaha corporation , these places will comes under this constituecny , along with rural mandals of paravada,sabbavaram, and remaining rural part of previous pendurthi mandal)
so i think vizag city going to play crucial role for entire visakhapatnam district
if every thing goes right tdp will get 6 seats out of above 7 seats , i think only seat cong can save is that of dronam raju srinivas (present visakha-1, delimitation ayite viskha-south ga marutundhi anukunta with some parts included from visakha-2 correct ga telyadhu)

Do you think Rangaraju and gurumurti reddy can win the election next time? I don't think so. There are may rangaraju's and gurumurti reddy's among present mla's.
In fairness to Yanamala, though he never lost the election, he always won with no more than 5000 votes majority. |
