for ex. MLA gets a specified number of telephone connections quota,gas quota, thousands of free calls,free travel with a companion, gun man freely (for threat related),daily assembly attending allowance, RTC bus free reservation tiket, etc etc..,constituency tour allowance depending on protocol, etc etc |
