Parugu one of those films where it triggered curiousity in me , before its release...mainly because i heard the story is quite similar
to that of xyz daughter.....
when this film released. for 2 weeks i tried for tickets @ devi could not get it.
Actually yesterday went to sudershan to watch bujjgadu second time for prabhas.... but it was houseful by 5 pm. Then i went to parugu @ devi. Though I got the tickets. It was houseful by the movie started. except for front benchers it only 40% filled. rest all houseful..
STORY : one of the best stories in recent times . I liked the story concept.... I simply wondered why my balls mind did not get this idea,
simple idea yet very effective
DIRECTION : direction is matured and sensible here and there. But some times its little boring with over sentimental scenes. (but lot of maturity in bhaskar direction IF U SEE Parugu & bommarilu U WANT TO RESPECT BHASKAR FOR HIS DIRECTION IN FEW SCENES which depicts human bonds and effections & feelings) BUT BHASKAR LACKS FEWS THINGS (WHICH IS TOP SECRET I DONT WANT TO TELL ANY ONE) if he is ok in that HE WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST DIRECTORS IN INDIA in terms of sensible and sensitivity
SCREENPLAY : first half nice and interesting , second half little boring here and there. If second half was like first half then parugu would have been one of the best films in recent times
ACTOR : he has done good job as an actor (BUT I DONT CONSIDER HIM AS AN ACTOR IN TERMS OF LOOKS , he was looking far better in DESMUDURU)
ACTRESS : SOME TIMES NICE SOME TIMES AVERAGE
MUSIC : BIG PLUS POINT> very nice hollywood kind of Fantasy kind of background music in few scenes
gave Hollywood texture to the background music (especially the instruments used)
SONGS : music is nice in 3 songs. (i like the concept of GREEK mythology in one chasing song)
OVER ALL : U can watch it once with no much harm and can watch it twice just for music in few scenes + story concept (very nice) ,
if u really love it u can watch it thrice
FAMILY CROWDS ARE WATCHING MADLY FOR PARUGU
spotted some nice nice babes.
special attraction : young perhaps college going guy & girl. romancing eachother while heading into the theatre. SOME DOGS
IN HYDERABAD ARE GOING GLOBALIZED as per chapter 14. section4 clause 19
