damn.. these immigration issues , I had to endure the same , every year was a challenge and uncertainity untill 2003 .. 98 -2003 was hell ..
this bloody workpermit was always in the back of mind , every time changing companies was a challenge

no problem, for him since by the time he gets all documents and attend consulate at chennai, it will be another 3-4 months. he can have 1.5 years experience .so not a problem |

regarding interview on job experience.. lets stick to the same company and be fair. they dont stop him on that aspect.. if his consulting company's credentials and his track record.. eduction wise is good. |
