Telugu_Tejam: even my state KANSAS and Missorie are issuing DMV until VISA LAST day only.
mine is expiring sept 30. They told me "clearly" after you get "your extension, bring the EXTENSION proof i-94 new" they will re-issue the LICENSE to new I-94 date. so dont worry. after u get ur I-94 go to DMV and extend it.
**: If you want to get a early process, then "PREMIUM processing of h1b" will help you in getting early . I have also applied for h1b extn, I can drive upto sept 30 only. |

As per law you should change your license, car registration & tags to the current state where you are residing within 60 - 90 days. Nee Driver's license address shall match with Insurance address and registration address. Lekuntey problem anukuntaanu cop apithey. |
