if there is a rejection, ask your friend to go thru a lawyer and re apply with proper documentation..
there will improved chances of approval. |

I immigrated 11 years ago and all the procedures taken care by my employer and their lawyers. Lot has changed since then and I have no idea about the present procedures. |

Did your friend get any such requests? Also they will check bank account.. these two are indications that his case is approved... |

Normally, CIC Mississauga approves all the sponsorship cases and transfers the file to the relevant embassy for security checks. Now you need to wait for request for passport for further process I believe.. thats what my friend says |
