Now most of the money movement, black money that is used in elections, is through banks only. Nobody is taking cash from one place to another. I dont know the reason, but I am telling what I was told. |

CK Babu is in third position, and both Jangalapalli and CKB doesnt mind Balaji winning, and they dont want the other person to win.
Chittor collector asked banks not to open any new accounts until 23rd. There is so much rush to open bank accounts in and around chittor. |
