I always felt YSR is the worst thing to happen for AP. I felt probably CBN is better than YSR. Time and again he is proving that he is not by showing his desperation to come to power.

They are always some negative things with eACH POLICY. Even when big companies merger, they mention the risks associated to the shareholders.
I bet the amount of money they give based on factors:
1) How many kid they have
2) How old ARE they
3) how many people are there in a family etc.
You have to start somewhere. Good thing is it is across all castes,religions.
This scheme combines vrddhpya pinchan,Vikalangula pinchan and lot other schemes. Rice scheme costs govt 3-4K crores. Because of these they can sell the rice again for 5.25 per kg.
With this even middle class can send their two kids to good non residential schools. |

If TDP can campaign about the cash scheme effectively,
everybody will be talking about it and also they will like it. When that happens, TDP can secure 50% votes and win 200 MLA seats.
Their win/loss depends on how many people they can convince.
This scheme to me looks like flex credits plan very few companies in US offer.
Let us say both spouses are wiorking and both employers are offering health plan. In this scenario, they can take advantage of only one employers health plan. Flex credits means companies offer so many dollars, and you can spend that amount on any benefit plan. If they are not interested in any benefit plan, then those flex credits become your additional earnings.
Similary, for every scheme govt is offering, lot of people may not become eligible or dont need the benefit. Where as with the current plan, they can spend the money on what ever they want, ie childrens education etc. |
