To: feedback@eci.gov.in CC: ceo_andhrapradesh@eci.gov.in Subject: Election symbol to Praja Santhi Party To Mr. N. Gopalaswami, Chief Election Commissioner , Election Commission of India, Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001 Dear Sir, I am an NRI fromplace,be it a residing one or ur nativeand would like to bring the following for consideration and favorable action. I am a well wisher of Praja Santhi Party in Andhra Pradesh, which has more than 50 Lakh registered members and the Party and its President Mr. KA PAUL has a huge following across the globe. KA PAUL has started a party and contesting from all seats across Andhra Pradesh. Quite a few of these voters are either illiterate or semi-literate and therefore, rely on the symbol to cast their votes. Lack of a common symbol for the party is bound to confuse voters and deprive them of choosing the leader of their choice. In the absence of allocation of a common symbol, the voters' ignorance will cause undue advantage for other parties. Again, the post election scenario of not having a single symbol could also open legal issues and validity of elected member's association to the party. Therefore, request the CEC to consider this appeal and grant the party with a dedicated single symbol. Thank you in advance for considering this request. Yours sincerely Name Location An NRI well-wisher of Prajasanthi Party PP= Prajarajyam Party
