No doubt he is Next to god for many people in AP. He has done Many good things to help people. for example giving voice to poor and downtrodden. My comments were specific to the way media clip was presented, trying to imply that continuing those policies was wrong and Dr reddy was pandering.
NTR was CM for 2 terms, he continued those policies. I wonder why not ask him or his admirers the same question.
fact of the matter is people hear only those things that are pleasing to their ears, so to get the power, political leaders make statements, and some keep the promises they make.
If democracy is a testament then we have to believe the result is will of people.we just elected the most corrupt for a second term.nothing is fair as perceived Cuz dimensions are different |

That was THE corner stone for more lazy society. Objective should be to make people more self reliant not dependent. This is no different than many populist schemes that plague our society.
They say that NTR introduced those schemes as a bridge to get people out of their situations. name one policy that was introduced to minimize the dependency on the schemes introduced.
problem is we are borne with the belief that its our right to get things for free. leech like trait thats so innate, which makes it THE definition of what we are.
we did have a leader who tried to get us of this addiction and he lost.
