Investing on Maheswaram road is very good option. I dont know what the rate is now. Rates always vary depending on the where the actual land is. I can tell you for sure that that is one of the few areas where you can get good appreciation in next few years if you buy in this present situation. Please make sure the plot you buy doesnt come under assigned land etc. 2 days extra pattina be extra careful. Dont go near panchayat layouts in Greater Hyderabad area. Generally you dont get loans if you want to construct a house in those lands. I dont know whether you can change it through regularisation. |

Looks like the area you mentioned too far from the city.
At the same time rate is not bad.
If there is a good school and good hospital near by, rate is not bad.
Personally, I wouldnt buy it there.
If you want to buy land in sq yds, Buy it near mak project on srisailam hughway. This project is taking place on srisailam highway 26 th km milestone.

This project will be completed by 2010 and oppose to that area, there is forest land which is good for the area.
If you want to buy in acres, then go for interior lands on srisailam highway or bangalore hwy. |
