naaku ittanti exp. oka 6 months ago ayyindi. nenu 7 years ago oka company lo proposal manager ga work chese rojullo Li Peng ani oka chinese vodu draftsman ga vundevadu. basic ga adi overall engineering dept lo lowest level position. nenu 6 1/2 years work chesina aa company lo ee chinese gaadu 1 1/2 years work chesadu. aadu tiolet lo koosuni nidra poyevadu, vaadiki SleePeng ani peru kooda pettaru. anyway, in the first round of layoffs around the year 2002, he got the axe. 6 months ago nenu work chesina next company lo oka manager gaadu (from some other dept.) called me and showed me this Chinese guy's resume and asked my opinion as he knew that I worked with the other company during that time frame. I just fell from my chair when I reviewed the resume. He wrote as if managed whole detailed engineering dept on one of the biggest contracts around $200 million. today I had biggest laugh looking at a resume which was forwarded to me..
The resume was one of the team member of a project which I worked 5 yrs ago. he was let go from project for not performing and on the top his company asked for a billing raise.
he was a developer that time with very low importance in team and now his resume shows him as project manager for entire team and owner of the project..

How do you feel looking similar cases that too when you know its cooked like this? |
