There was a time when ‘Couch Casting’ used to be a thing of the Bollywood circuit only but now, it seems to have become quite a common thing in the Tamil circuit as well. Here is a shocking incident that came to light recently which got many to have their tongues in their mouth.
There is news that one of the upcoming heroines of Telugu who has been hailed for her starry looks got an offer from a Tamil producer of a noted banner. The offer touched the peak with whopping Rs 7 lakhs which is way beyond her regular remuneration.
Overjoyed, she took up this project but as soon as she reached Bangalore to sign on the project that she knew that this remuneration also includes sleeping with the producer and maybe the director till the duration of the project. It seems the pretty girl was shocked with the open proposal and had to return back disappointed.
