this is an unwanted Gimmick from GA faacker .. he has lost it after YSR got lost .. now with Jaggan loosing it .. his tag pride has been hurt and he is loosing it again ..
Kannadiga's are basically big fans of Maata's.. they have deep reverence for Mantralayam .. so they might have crossed over for the cleanup operations ..

We want to go to K'taka, say Mantralayam people
The submergence of Mantralayam town and the famous temple of Sri Raghavendra Swamy has thrown up an interesting demand from a section of people in the temple town.
“The Andhra Pradesh government has done nothing to rescue us, when the entire town was submerged in flood waters of Tungabhadra. They did not send us boats, nor did they send us any food and water. For 48 hours, we were held up on roof tops without food and water,” Hanumanthappa, a local said. “It is better we go back to Karnataka,” he said.
Most of the locals and pilgrims are from Karnataka and the temple itself is run by priests from Karnataka. The local shopkeepers are Kannadigas. Before the formation of Andhra Pradesh in 1956, Mantrayalam was part of Raichur district in the erstwhile Hyderabad state under the Nizams. Later, it became part of Kurnool district. “There would not have been much damage had it been Karnataka government. It was Karnataka chief minister B S Yedyurappa, who made an aerial survey of the area much before the AP officials came here; not only that he had released Rs 10 crore for the restoration of temple, which has lost more than Rs 30 crore worth of property,” Surindracharya, temple priest, said.
Even now, one can see teams of volunteers from Karnataka doing cleaning job in Mantralayam. Is Rosaiah listening?
