nenu 1 and half years loo 65 pounds tagganu...after that for the last one year 5-6 pounds gain avuthaa malli aa 5-6 tagguthaa.....but unable to go below that level....my idle weight is 20-22 pounds less than my current weight.... any suggestions...other than following certain diet methods? |
