B1 travel ki emi problem ledu, irrespective of your 6/7yrs. But your clock stops and starts while you are in US and leave US on B1. |

If a person stayed in USA for 6+1 years on a work VISA (H1/L1) can that person travel to USA on Business VISA (B1) for meetings with the customer? 1 Year gap tharuvatha they can come back to USA on work VISA. Question not cleat andii .... if you have worked in US for 6 full year on H1/L1 then if you stay for 1 year out f USA, again you are eligibile for working in USA on H1/L1 ... is that you want to ask ? |
