thanks mamalu..actutal ga table_a koda oka select nunchi chesina table ee..so lopala query ki access ledu..so lopala query lo koda ilanti select pettesa..so its working..

idantha hierarchy queries lo gola..


start with....connect by prior etc vaadanu..kummesa.kakapothe query is taking 12 sec...emanna dobbutharamo..chodali.

if you have select access of table_a, then replace ta.category_id with schema_name.table_a.category_id

replace schema_name with owner of the table
