Frankly speaking I don't think MBAa will add anything to me personally. However, in companies like ours, perception is very important to go higher than say Manager level. 95% of the senior management in our company had their MBAs and they somehow believe in it strongly. By doing this I will become more marketable either internally or externally (at least my hope)
