PA lo rendu change cheyyaali....ante rule prakaaram within 30 days after u move to PA,you need to change your registration to PA...lekapothe cop gaadu ticket isthaadu...first time vaadiki kahaani cheppocchu,monne occhaa ani...kaani neeku ticket isthaadu,ilaa next 4 weeks lo chesukokapothe we will take action ani...ee gola anthaa dobbinchukune badulu registration change chesukodam betteru....
kaani registration change cheyyataaniki,u need a PA license (in PA)...this is not mandatory in all the states....Texas lo verey state license tho kooda you can change the registration...
so bottom line you have to change both...PA lo neeku last day of I-94 daakane isthaadu license...not like NJ where they give you 3 months extra or not like TX...

License transfer chesinappudu most of the states, previous expiration date vestaaru.. for example, naaku MD lo transfer chesinappudu 2013 daka ichadu..

yup you have to change both to PA.. usually state laws say that if you have a car, and you just moved to that state, you have to get both done at same time..
but some stated dont require that .. like missouri lo you can have both diferent.. in Massachusets you have to have both registered in MA
