I declared the user parameters p_where1 and p_where2 now the after parameter form is compiled but the query in datamodel is still giving the same error
ORA-00936: missing expression

Pokiri1:neeku report lay out lo vuntundi chudu parameter section. akkada add chei parameters. ledu ante query lo raaste automatic gaa lay out lo vastai. where condition lo :column name. user enter cheyakunda vundalante akkad list vlaues rai column meeda. run mode lo drop down box vachi daantilo valuses vastai.
ante naku ela kavali ante..
where condition anedi parameter ni batti maarali baa...after parameter form lo
if :param1 != NULL
then
:p_where1 = table1.name = table2.name;
end if;
ani icha..and data model lo select table1.name where &p_where1
annanu baa..
adi thanthundi appudu with the below error when I save the query in data model..
ORA-00936: missing expression

How can I acheive this. Is it by dynamic where clause by setting the where clause in after parameters form trigger?
