Etidi etanna jaragabotundaa? Midterm polls?

In a big relief to YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, as many as 23 MLAs attended the meeting convened by him at his Lotus Pond residence on Saturday to work out the strategy to be adopted on the no-confidence motion in the assembly.

Jagan, who rushed to Hyderabad after cutting short his Odarpu Yatra in Guntur in the wake of the reports that several MLAs from his camp are switching their loyalty back to the Congress party.

Jagan reportedly called up each MLA individually and requested them to attend the meeting. He appealed to them to listen to him before taking their decisions.

Except Jayasudha, Korla Bharati, Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy and N Sesha Reddy, all other Jagan group MLAs attended the meeting.

He reportedly told them that there was a posibility of the Kiran Kumar Reddy government falling, if the disgruntled MLAs of erswhile Praja Rajyam Party also vote against Kiran Kumar Reddy goverment.

"If you cooperate with me, the government will.fall. And we will have bright chances in the mid-term elections," he is learnt to have said.

It remains to be seen how many MLAs would buy his argument and stay with him.
