NBK fan mama, go with SBI for home loan, I had loans with ICICI and Axis bank, didn't have any bad experiences as such, but based on feedback from many other collegues, SBI should be better.
I was in Pune and took loan from ICICI Hyderabad, without visiting Hyd even once, However if you know some one in any of these banks things should be fine, Andulo NRI loans shouldnt be problem if you have the required accounts which you can open from here itself in SBI
renting ante, for hi-tech city nizampet, miyapur KPHB surrounding areas, aina kani inka traditional hyd are fetching more rents
