Firefox:something in the range of gamyam,vedam..medium budget with heroes who can can take low remuneration for a good subject.
Precisely, any ideas why the cost of making a movie is reaching that figure...??

experiment should not be on 20+cr budget movie.

Onlyniru3:1st he should do what ppl want from him. Deifferent ga try cheyalsina avasaram enti?.. different ga try chesina Nijam hit kaaledhu kadha, ofcourse he got Nandi award for that. Kaani commercial ga hit avvatam mukhyam... He is in right track. Intha munchu antha chetta subjects valla ila vunnadhi... lekapothe vunna talent ki he should have been No 1 long before...
Lets not get in to number games,
coming to Nijam I don't think it was rejected outright, yeah it may not fared as per the expectations of the fans.
having said that we need to understand that sometimes even good movies do not become hits and bad movies do not become duds.
my submission is that we should stop encouraging formulaic movies lest the quality of movies being made in our industry is going to suffer.
Look at Malayalam and Tamil movies, they have evolved over a period of time, there are some beautiful movies being made.. and when these movies are being dubbed in Telugu they are spinning considerable money.. so lets not just say that telugu audiences lack taste its just that heroes/ Producers/Directors are not willing to experiment.
They are giving more importance to sets, locations of shoot etc. rather than spending money on stories, scripts etc... thus increasing the cost of movie exorbitantly.
Give it a thought mama.. all I am doing is reasoning out with people here.. of which some of them have close contacts with the people in Industry...

All I see is his character in Pokiri in every scene, same body language same dialogue delivery, same intonations etc.. had there been some level of ground work done by both puri/Mahesh on the characterization of Mahesh to be in line with a typical Mafia the movie could have been better.

Bank robbery scene ,whats the reason they break the computers ? destroy the data ? poor Puri does not know the concept of Server's
My son got pissed and shouted , "why are they breaking the computers , what will happen to Video games ."

God father, Sarkar, Company, D, Satya all clicked because you dont see the actors you see the characters.
All I saw in the movie was Mahesh (read POkiri Mahesh)
I know people say that we should not search logic in movies, but either Puri or mahesh should have given some level of thought on the bank robbery scene. I could not help laughing looking at the scene.

I guess they did that successfully.. had mahesh's next movie been a single movie, there could be a chance that he may not get such successful opening. thankfully its a multi starrer (SVSC) and termed to be a family entertainer..
So everyne involved in this movie has hit home run.. i.e. Producer, Director and of course Mahesh...
