mostly ivi adagaru... naku jarigindhi last year... they had a form which had 5 or 6 questions like how is your employer treating you.. what is the salary... since when are u working in the company... who do you report to in your company...

They then asked me the pay stub and W-2. I didn't have it and the person gave me email id and asked me to send an email with these.. nothing to worry about... make sure that you and your employer give the same details as they will talk to both of you.

1. your petition is reflecting the same as what you are doing.
2. Your employer/employee relation ship.
3. Few other things like weekly status, reviews, project/work plan for week/month, work location and others.
