or even better incentivize people buying petrol or Hybrid cars..

One option is increase the cost of a diesel car by atleast 2-3 lakhs and give a waiver only if these cars are being registered as commercial vehicles!!

Just in: The price of petrol is likely to rise by Rs 4 per litre, and diesel by Rs 2 per litre, say TV reports.
This is what Union minister for petroleum said on February 21.
"I don't know whether I should be happy at becoming a petroleum minister or not. There is pressure from the public, the opposition parties and my colleagues in the Congress all the time not to hike diesel, kerosene and LPG though the oil companies are incurring huge losses to the tune of 1.5 lakh crore rupees (1.5 trillion rupees).
"And elections are always round the corner in the country. If elections are the criteria (not to raise prices) we can never hike fuel prices as there are polls every year in India, the world's biggest democracy," Reddy said.
He admitted that the increase in fuel prices was a cause of concern and that there was no choice but to raise fuel prices as per international standards.

I have heard lots of key people in MNCs saying that they are sometimes awestruck if this is happening in Gujarat..
Absolutely no red capetism, no under the desk dealings etc.. there is no "What is in it for me" factor at all..

the operative word is "Like" dont misconstrue that I am Pro BJP or Pro Modi,
The allegations against Modi on the crimes against muslims may not be entirely baseless, he may or my not have direct hand in it.. but he remained a mute spectator when he could have done a lot using his capacity..

Poor Man Anna tried to bring an awakening in to the system with a Jan Lok Pal bill, but who took the limelight, the Kejrawals and Bhushan's of the world.. who wanted to cover their tainted image...
Anna was picturised as a peron who is anti democratic and did not understand what democracy is!!!
Anna might not be as educated as the Chidambarams, Manmohan singh and Sibals of the world.. but I guess he should be knowing that Democracy is in simple words government

I am not saying that India is the only country where there is corruption.. No Never... I will be a fool to think so...
every country has its own share but, the •••• in problem with India is that it is at every level..
tell me if there is one department in our ountry which is clean..
Lok ayuktha in Karnataka has never come empty hands after their raids..
but what happens next is the irritating thing.. because just nothing happens.. these cases get in to the departmental investigations or even worse gets in to the queue of our inefficient Judicial system.. which is always understaffed..
but would increasing the number of courts or Judges help..
Nope cos, the fucking judicial system is also corrupted...
