Tomato Rice Recife
1) Boil 4 tomatoes (on the vine or heirloom which is tangy) in small vessel with one cup water. Mootha etti med flame oka 15 mins paatu or tomato vudike varaku(paste avvakkarledhu)
2) soak 2 and half cups basmati rice for 20 mins
3) Grind the tomato in to pure. water add seyyamaka
4) Fresh ga ginger garlic paste oka teaspoon pakkana ettuko
5) iffud oka pavu stick butter, koddiga oil esi heat ayyaka, masala dinusul esi, tarvatha cut sesukunna onions and chillies esuko. tarvathaaa ginger garlic faste esuko. adi egaaka aa chesina tomato juice lo oka 2 cups (lekka gurthu ettuko) ee vegina onion mixture lo eyyi
6) tarvatha salt, karam koddiga, garam masala fowder koddiga esi baga vudakanivvu. Pudina esuko vunte. Alage cashews kooda (nee pepsi)
7) Rice cooker lo kinda oka sppon oil esi, Water drain sesina 2 and half cups rice esi. Mixie lo migilina tomato puree measure sesi eyyi.
8) tarvatha aa tomato, onion cooked paste(deentlo 2 cups vunnayi marchipoku)rice lo esi motha mix sesuko
9) total water content(puree tho kalipi + onion mixture lo vunna puree kooda kalipi) 1:1.75 vundali Rice ki. Vuppu soosukuni koddiga vuppu ekkuva vunnattu anpinchali. cooker on sesuko.
10) antha ayipoyaka Kothimeer esukuni.....Dxxi Tinu with raitha or plan or siken curry
