Bhayya a few lucky individuals with Dec 2008 even got it right now .It only shows outliers not the overall trend.
Also you are underestimating two factors.
1.EB3 to EB2 porting.EB2 fast ga move avutundi ani chala mandi EAD vunna vallu kuda EB3 nunchi move avutunnaru fed up with years of waiting.
2.EB1 and EB5 last year combined to give an overall spillover of 25K visas.This year that is not happening even though spillover season has started.

This year Six months ( Aug2007-Dec2007/Jan2008) move aite gaganam!!!(after retrogression obviously )

Reports indicate that DOS has announced that EB-2 priority dates for India & China will likely retrogress to August 2007 in either the May or June 2012 Visa Bulletin. The collective opinion of most experts is that this is temporary and it will advance again.
The HIB filing is also predicted to be agressive this year - but it is not likely that we will hit lottery within the first day or week.
