I have asked them to work out on this basis.
this is done based on each constituency CONG and TDP candidates and their castes and no of caste voters.
I asked them to look for a suitable candidate and acceptable candidate for each constituency.
given 3 choices for each constituency.(3 castes based on opp candidates/castes).
Good thing is that they have taken this sheet and my book(survey book) as one of the bible for seat allocation.
