Appudu paristiti veru - retrogression becuase of volume only. Ippud volume +EB3 to EB2 portability (cases originally filed in EB-3, and are now eligible to be upgraded to EB-2) so different situation. However - you never know things can pick up for no apparent reason with USCIS sometimes. Good luck if you are waiting.
