but in your field I think it has to be a little formal..
MS cheyyataaniki vachina kotha lo, Profs. ki email chestam kada.. RA/TA kosam aa style lo undali..
Basic ga in your email just let him know.. that you are so and so..
and why you are interested in working for that company
-list 1-2 reasons why you want to work for that company..
-also let him know your background and your interests..
send him your resume..
that should do it anukuntunna..
