Bothsa is distributor for vijayanagaram district congress, all payments he will do and he will decide which theatre the movie will be exhibited and by whom. So the exhibitor will not know how much bothsa exactly payed or to whom he payed. Bothsa will collect from local exhibitors.. so

So local exhibitor will never know about YSR or High command payment dealings.
